HP500 cone crushers head and release cylinder repair:
One of HP500 cone crusher was not able to work normally due to the incorrect installation of the head ball by customer themselves. The head assembly was shipped to our workshop for repair. Our technician successfully uninstalled the head ball and re-installed it onto the head.
Meanwhile, the customer reflected that machine was always under voltage during working. Our technician find out the problem as internal leakage of the release cylinder and suggested customer to replacing gasket kit.
The head and release cylinder were doing good after repair.
